why ceramic saddle rings can be widely used in RTO, RCO, CTO

The reason for the ceramic saddle rings saddles frequently utilized as a protection layer to the upper ceramic media blocks. As the ceramic saddles are made from  chemical porcelain, after fired, the product could have excellent resistance to acids except HF acid. And its moisture absorption is lower than 1%. And ceramic saddles also have an  average heat capacity (between 20℃, 68F and 500℃, 932F of 0.22 cal/g.℃). The softening point is 1400℃, 2552F.  So ceramic intalox saddles product’s good high/low temperature resistance and excellent acid-alkali resistant performance can make it act as mass media in the RTO, RCO ( regenerative catalytic oxidizer ), and CTO ( catalytic thermal oxidizers ). Except that ceraimic saddles could also used to protect against damage that may occur from large amounts of particulates and excessive burner volume applied directly to the ceramic block media, it helps to further protect the block media from damage caused by direct burner flames. and its size option base on the on the system size and the process stream

The ceramic cascade ring, ceramic cascade mini ring is a different kind random tower packing with raschig ring and ceramic pall ring, ceramic cascade ring is developed on the basis of and raschig ring. Ceramic cascade ring, ceramic cascade mini ring’s heights are decreased and ceramic tube wall is thinned.
